About Unite
Unite is an online yoga community built around good movement, great teachers and the belief that practice should fit into your life — not the other way around.
Why We Started
We wanted online yoga to feel less like scrolling through content and more like walking into a studio where people know your name.
Unite began with a simple idea: make really good yoga available wherever you happen to be, without losing the personality, connection and creativity that make practising with a great teacher so special.
So we built a library around teachers rather than algorithms. Around practices you'll actually want to come back to. Around movement that can be strong, playful, quiet, sweaty, restorative or somewhere in between.
Some days you'll have an hour. Some days you'll have ten minutes. Neither practice matters more. What matters is having somewhere to return to.
The Unite Approach
Yoga can be many things. A workout. A reset. A challenge. A ritual. A way to understand your body a little better. We leave plenty of room for all of it.
Explore strength, mobility, rhythm, stillness and everything in between without needing to perform your practice for anybody else.
Our teachers bring their own personalities, experience, music and ways of seeing movement. We think that's the good bit.
Ten minutes counts. Rest counts. Getting sweaty counts. So does changing your mind halfway through and doing something else.
Progress isn't about collecting harder poses. It's about building a relationship with movement that you actually want to keep.
Behind Unite
Creative, precise and endlessly curious about movement. Taylor brings intelligent sequencing, playfulness and years of practice into classes designed to help people feel capable in their own bodies.
Dan's teaching blends strength, rhythm, creativity and carefully curated music. His classes are built around exploration: moving well, trying things and seeing what happens.
The Teachers
Unite isn't about one way of teaching. It's a collection of people we believe in, each bringing something different to the mat.
Beyond The Screen
Unite has always been about more than watching classes through a screen. Retreats, workshops, shared meals, long conversations and practising together are all part of the same thing.
This Is Unite
Hundreds of practices. Four teachers. One community. Wherever you happen to be.
