Move your body.
Clear your head.
Come back to yourself.
Yoga doesn't need to look perfect to make you feel completely different. Unite is an ever-growing library of practices designed to fit around real life.
Ten minutes when that's all you've got. An hour when you want to disappear into movement. Strong flows, quiet practices, mobility, breathwork and everything in between.
Taught by people we love. Made to help you feel more at home in your body.
However you're arriving, there's somewhere to begin.
Choose by how you want to move, how much time you've got or simply what you need today.
Your practice travels with you.
At home before work. On your phone while you're away. On the TV when you've got an hour to yourself.
No timetable. No commute. No perfect setup required.
We wanted online yoga to feel a little less online.
Unite is built around teachers you get to know, classes you want to return to and a community that exists beyond the screen.
Classes waiting whenever you need them.
Teachers. Different voices. One shared approach.
New practices added every single week.
A month for the whole thing.
Different teachers. Different practices. Plenty of personality.
Find the teachers whose way of moving, thinking and teaching keeps bringing you back.
Taylor’s teaching blends intelligent sequencing, playfulness and a deep understanding of movement. Drawing from Vinyasa, Mandala, Awakening Yoga and myofascial work, her classes are creative, precise and designed to make complex movement feel accessible. Expect strong, fluid flows, thoughtful progression and plenty of space to explore what your body is capable of.
Dan’s classes sit somewhere between structure and fluidity. Influenced by Vinyasa, Awakening Yoga and Katonah, his teaching combines dynamic movement, breath-led sequencing and carefully curated music. Expect creative transitions, intelligent progression and practices designed to leave you feeling strong, capable and more connected to yourself.
Sara brings together flowing Vinyasa, breath, intention and thoughtful sequencing. Her teaching draws from Mandala Vinyasa, Yin, meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine and the five elements. Expect dynamic movement, nourishing moments of stillness and plenty of space to connect to how you feel.
Kirsty’s teaching explores the balance between movement and stillness. Her work weaves together yoga, philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and the wisdom of the changing seasons. Whether the practice is flowing or restorative, expect warmth, curiosity and an invitation to move with greater awareness.
Sometimes the best way to reconnect is to go somewhere new.
Unite retreats bring the practice into real life: movement, food, sunshine, conversation and enough space to properly switch off.

“Unite has completely changed my relationship with practising at home. It feels like having my favourite studio wherever I am.”
New to online yoga? New to yoga entirely? You're very welcome.
Not at all. There are practices for complete beginners as well as experienced movers. Start where you are, choose the pace that feels right and build from there.
A yoga mat is useful, but many classes require little or no equipment. Where props are helpful, we'll tell you before you begin and everyday alternatives often work perfectly well.
Start a Unite membership and your first week is free. You'll have access to the full library so you can explore classes, teachers and styles before your paid membership begins.
