Comoba is our TOP TIP for brunch in Lisbon and with good reason! They recently relocated nearer to Time Out Market, and have expanded their space with lots of room to eat and drink. We highly recommend the breakfast burrito, as well as any of their pancakes.

Simpli Coffee became our new 'go to' after going on a teacher training in June. We visited the Picoas location as it was very close to the Yoga Room Studio. Best coffee in Lisbon! They have filled croissants that are out of this world and some fantastic brunch options.

Copenhagen Coffee Lab started in Denmark, these cafes are strewn all around Lisbon. Always guaranteed a good coffee and lots of pastry and sandwich options as well. A go to if we need a quick coffee to go.

Zenith is another great brunch spot. They have so many different options and a variety of drinks including juices and smoothies. Amazing pancakes - expect to queue to get in unless arrive close to open.

Fabrica Coffee Roasters also has lots of different locations thoughout Lisbon. A guaranteed good coffee at no matter what location and amazing for sourdough sandwiches.

Vegan Nata Campo de Ourique. If you are vegan, you MUST go here to get a pastel de nata. The traditional portuguese custard tart, but vegan! You can't even taste the difference. 

A hidden gem that we make time for every time we go to Lisbon. It is a vegetarian small plates restaurant with a seasonally changing menu. An amazing selection of wines & their very own wine bar across the street. Booking recommended!

BEST PIZZA EVER! Hands down - best pizza I have ever eaten, I could eat this every day. Well worth standing in the line to sit in or wait for take out with a beer. In a super vibrant little corner tucked behind Time Out Market. Vegan options available.

Branded as a Vegan Food Project. AO26 is an amazing vegan restaurant that serves traditional portuguese dishes but veganised! Super inventive and so so delicious, every choice is a winner. 

We always seek out Mexican food whenever we travel anywhere. This place does not disappoint, is reliable and consistent. The tacos are great, they serve Pacifico and service is speedy. (this is praise indeed from a Californian!)

The CUTEST place you will ever do yoga. From the linen dividers gently waving in the light breeze, to the traditional cavernous architecture matched with bright white paint. Classes are powerful and soundtracked with tribal music. Such an experience. 

Studio Rise is a little off the beaten track - but if you can make it there it is INCREDIBLE. Think Soul Cycle vibes rooted in Portugese culture and you will be somewhere close. If you're ready to sweat and sing your heart out then you're in the right place!

One of the very best studios we have been to. Lots of space to relax, changing rooms with showers and two gorgeous studios built under ground level so you can watch the clouds float past while you are in Savasana.

OK, so not so 'secret' but SO worth the trip down. There is food and drink EVERYWHERE. Wander round - try the samples, stay for a meal. Try it out at different times of the day to feel how the vibes change.

This cool creative's market has indoor and outdoor shops, together with hipster coffee shops, cocktail bars and restaurants. Clothing, jewellery and even tattoos. Try the rooftop bar for some stunning views.

As stunning on the outside as it is on the inside. Take a scooter or bike and ride down the Tagus Riverside to enjoy the incredible views and perhaps take a pitstop in one of the boujee dockside bars or restaurants.

If you have time to venture beyond the city limits. Lisbon has some glorious beaches on it's doorstep. The refreshing Atlantic ocean is perfect to cool off on a hot day and the beach bars offer sun lounges with personal service for really good value.
