Yes. Use Tally’s free plan for the included booking and guest-information forms. Follow the template setup and embed your booking form in your hosted retreat page. Optional Tally paid features are separate.
Yes. Your £299 purchase includes one hosted retreat page for up to 18 months. Choose a template, add your branding, photos and details, then use the AI assistant to help with copy and design. Embed your Tally booking form, preview the page and publish it when you’re ready.
No. Your included retreat page has a shareable link hosted by Retreat Ready. If you already have a website, you can link to it from there. A custom domain is not part of this offer.
The included period of active use and retreat page hosting ends. You can keep read-only retreat records and export your data. The £299 fee does not include indefinite page hosting.
Yes. The assistant helps write and lay out your emails. Mailchimp and Klaviyo are the supported email platforms for the initial workflows.
Yes. The optional launch pack helps you plan your build-up, booking opening and follow-up. It includes launch email drafts, an organic posting schedule and matching content designs, plus suggested paid-ad creative and a testing plan if you want them. It is included in the £299 product fee.
Yes. Choose Warm & Personal, Bold & Editorial or Calm & Immersive for your retreat page. Your launch drafts use that style, your colours and your own photos, adapted to each format. Email-safe font alternatives are used where needed.
No. Your plan can focus on your email list and organic posts. If you choose paid advertising, any suggested budget and creative are for you to review. Advertising spend and ongoing campaign management are not part of the £299 fee.
The launch pack produces drafts for your review. Creating a draft does not send or publish it. Sending, scheduling and advertising need your authorisation and the relevant connected tools; the launch pack is not a managed marketing service.
Yes. Add your own retreat photographs and branding to your page, then reuse them in your launch email and social designs.
Yes. Guests can pay a deposit followed by a fixed number of monthly instalments, ending by your chosen payment deadline.
No. Your dashboard is the central record for your retreat.
