Retreat Ready Backups is a private operational tool operated by Taylor Selby trading as Unite Yoga. Designated operators use it to back up and recover Retreat Ready application records and private files, and to run separately labelled fictional recovery rehearsals.
With an operator's permission, the tool uses Google Drive to store encrypted backups, independent deletion records and verification information. It downloads backups again to check their integrity and recoverability. It requests Google's drive.file permission for files created by the app or explicitly selected for use with it. It does not request access to all Drive files, Gmail or contacts.
The tool is for authorised operational use. It is not a guest booking service or a public backup service. Read the Retreat Ready Backups Privacy Notice for details about processing, access, retention and removing the Google connection.
